Résumé of the first Summer Academy The first participants would not have thought that they would be able to work on numerous topics in such a concentrated manner from morning to night. The lecturers not only succeeded in adequately approaching and motivating each individual, they also managed the direct translation of what had been learned into practice by working on exercises and case studies in teams while enhancing competencies in project management, team leadership and presentation techniques. The learning atmosphere and cooperation among the participants were very constructive.
